Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and prepare your order before it ships. Every item is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure top quality.

United States
Shipped via USPS or FedEx
Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days after dispatch

International Orders
Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days, depending on your location and proximity to our nearest fulfillment center

 Please note: occasional delays may occur due to customs, weather, peak periods, or global disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime via our Track Your Order page.


 Cancellations & Address Changes

Need to cancel or update your shipping address?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order:

⚠️ Once your order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.


🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most couriers will attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
📦 Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.


💥 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost, as quickly as possible.
